Working with and competing against other REALTORS® is part of this business. That usually works out well for all parties. Occasionally, though, disputes arise and tempers flare. But use caution when communicating about a contentious situation. Article 15 of the 道德守则 states: “REALTORS® shall not knowingly or recklessly make false or 误导 statements about other real estate professionals, 他们的业务, or their business practices.”

Also use restraint before passing along comments other REALTORS® make about a competitor. Repeating or retransmitting false or 误导 statements made by others is also prohibited.
